This Belgian Whit beer with taste of raspberries has been brewed for celebartion of my oldest daughter 18 years.
Fruity savour and sourness from raspberries make this beer very special - not loved by everyone :)
ABV 4,8 %
It is the first product of DEPA Beers. With some small improvements it re-brews periodically and it represents the main DEPA product.
It has the characteristic America Pale Ale taste but a bit deeper in colour. This APA is brewed with hops Amarillo and Centennial and the result has ABV 5,4%
It is the second experiment. Basically it is a Belgian Witbier but due to my mistake it has a dominative grapefruit taste. The result is a refreshing summer wheat beer with ABV 4,6 %
Improvements are planned and engineering work with cranberries, roseship will start spring 2015.
This is the beer that will never will be re-brewed. Due to a mistake in purchasing of the hops ( I got Pacifica Gem 14,9% instead Pacifica 6,5% ) the original recipe could not be followed.
Rest hops from previous brewing (Saaz, Centennial, East Kent Golding) has been combined with Pacifica Gem in a not predefined sequence and quantity.
The result is an Occasionally Brown Ale with unique taste and ABV 5,9%
ESB ( Engineered Swedish Beer)
It is almost lika a Fuller´s ESB :) - no, that is not but is a good English Ale with ABV 6,2 %
